Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Recipe Planner Pro mobile application (“App”) operated by Recipe Planner Pro (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
– Copy, modify, or distribute the App
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
– Use the App for any unlawful purpose
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
– Use the App to scrape, harvest, or collect data from third-party websites in violation of their terms
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of all recipes, photos, meal plans, and other content you create in the App (“User Content”). By using cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you add to the App, including recipes imported from external sources.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Recipe Planner Pro offers both free and premium subscription plans.
Free Tier includes:
– Manual recipe creation
– Meal planning
– Shopping list
– Cooking mode
– Limited web imports (10 per week)
Premium Tier additionally includes:
– Unlimited web recipe imports
– Recipe import from photos/camera
– Auto-translation of imported recipes
– Cloud sync and backup
Subscription Terms:
– Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
– Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
– You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store or Play Store settings
– No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Recipe Planner Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Recipe content, including nutritional information, is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional dietary or medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipe Planner Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recipe Planner Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
